This is te e-mail I sent to the record company "Xtra Mile Recordings" to ask for permission whether or not we can use their song The Road for our music video this year. I have sent it officially through the Contact section of their website. This has gone straight to the enquiries office and we should hear from them soon.
This is the reply we got from the record company as to say that we were able to use the song within our music video just as long as we were able to place the copyright information which included them was on any promotional material we have to produce. Thus avoiding any legal implications.
